His career spans leadership roles in the tech, aviation, and retail industries at renowned companies including Starbucks, Walmart, Delta Air Lines, Apple, and Microsoft, where he led transformative initiatives in leadership development, workforce education, and innovative training methodologies.
Brandon is also the founder of L&D Cares, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting professionals in the learning and development field. Through this initiative, he has empowered countless individuals to thrive in their careers. He is the author of two acclaimed books published by ATD Press: Learning in the Age of Immediacy and L&D’s Playbook for the Digital Age.
