The ATD Asia Pacific Conference & Exhibition will focus on talent development in the Asia Pacific region and attract diverse industry participants with the following topics: Instructional Design, Human Resource Development, Organizational Effectiveness and Innovation, Human Resource Technology, Future
Work, and Business Insights.

Attendees Statistics

Distinguished between firm size:

There were 1,100 attendees in the conference. 29% came from organizations of less than 100 employees; 19% came from organizations of 100-499 employees; 28% came from organizations of 500-4,999 employees; and 24% came from organizations of 5,000 or more employees.

 

Distinguished between positions:

The attendees came from the Industry, Government, and Academic elites. The majority were Directors and Managers which accounted for 43%; Consultants, Staff, and Researchers accounted for 32%; Executive Directors accounted for 16%; and Non-HR Personnel accounted for 9%.

Distinguished between countries:

There were about 250 foreigners, amongst them were professionals from China with the largest percentage 36%, followed by South Korea 17%, Japan 11%, and the United States 9%. Attendees originated from nearly 30 countries, including China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, United States, Thailand, India, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

Registration and Payment Method

  • Registration period: Valid as of today while supplies last.
  • How to apply: Fill in the registration form, the company and person in charge, then email or fax to the contact person.

  • Payment Instruction: The deposit for each booth is 20% from the total amount. The deposit must be paid within 30 days after the contract is signed. The final payment is the amount after deducting from the deposit. The final amount must be paid before October 18, 2019.

  • The organizer is responsible for the exhibition booths and controls the final booth distribution rights.

  • As of today, the booths will be given priority to sponsors who purchased the sponsorship package. The priority of the booth selection will be ranked according to the total purchasing amount; if the total amount is the same between sponsors, the completion to pay the deposit and the registration process will be preferred first.
