Bai-Chuan Yang, served as Chief Ethics Officer Adjunct Chief Human Resources  Officer of Sinyi Realty Group from 2014 till now. He is also an associate professor of Business Administration Department at Fu-Jen Catholic University. He received his PhD degree from management college of Fu-Jen and MBA degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (VPI). During his academic service, he also provided consulting service for many consulting firms for over 20 years. His previous specialties were on the privatization of state own company, especially on the transformation of organization and human resource restructure. The current interests are focus on promoting business ethic centric corporate culture and integration of learning and doing in a digital context.

Gertrude I Hewapathirana

Dr. Gertrude I. Hewapathirana is an Associate Professor of Management in the College of Business at Gulf University for Science and Technology in Kuwait. She received her Ph.D., MA and MSc. from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis/St Paul where she was a Hubert Humphrey International Fellow. She also earned her MBA and BA Economics and postgraduate studies in economics and urban development in Sri Lanka. She served as a Lecturer, Assistant Professor and Associate Professor for Suffolk University, San Diego State University and University of Minnesota, USA. Prior to joining academia, she worked as a managing director and an executive director in corporate sector in Sri Lanka. She published a book, several book chapters, peer reviewed research in top tier journals and presented over three dozen of her research in international conferences. Her research interests include international business, e-leadership and, global human resource development/management, organizational behavior, corporate social responsibility and faculty training. Dr. Hewapathirana was a trainer. She experimented different entrepreneurship development models and implemented them to train small, medium and large size business organizations in Sri Lanka. Dr. Hewapathirana is a presidential award winner for her extraordinary services to the community in USA.

Chan Lee, PhD, is a professor of vocational education and workforce development (VEWD) and a director of the career development center at Seoul National University (SNU) in Korea. Prior to his time at SNU, Lee worked in the United States at LG Electronics as an HRD team leader. He holds a doctoral and a master’s degree in HRD from the Ohio State University.

Lee has been a constant participant of ASTD and ATD International Conference & Exposition for the past 14 consecutive years as a speaker and a lecturer as well as a member of the ASTD International Conference & Exposition Program Advisory Committee (PAC) in 2010 and 2011. He was the chairman of the ATD Korea Summit and was an invited speaker for the ATD 2011 Singapore, 2014 Taiwan, and 2015 Japan conferences.
