Required learning is on the rise. Whether its legally required or business required, we are overwhelming our employees. Are we doing all we can to simplify and streamline? To create a more effective learning related user experience that all employees (manager and non manager) appreciate and advocate and apply? We need to get more creative and be more diligent about what matters most in the learning. Minimize redundancy and shorten learning time through the use of test out and practice. This session will examine lessons learned and demonstrate strategies we are using at IBM.
