Everyone has a bright side of personality, or the day to day strengths we bring to our jobs, relationships, and leadership. Most everyone also has a dark side of personality, the overused strengths that can derail careers and relationships and make our colleagues and the people around us miserable. This session defines the “Dark Side,” examines why we must gain awareness of this part of our personality for true performance improvement, and shares case studies to demonstrate how we can use the “Dark Side” to coach our talent.
