Prior to joining HPO Group, Henry Hsieh has served on the medical-related industries including medical devices, pharmaceuticals and biotech for over 20 years. Henry has a rich and diverse management experience in business sales, marketing, strategy, and channel engagement. He is also a skilled practitioner on the topics of team leadership, management, sales force optimization, marketing, and strategy management.

Henry excels at simplifying complex management concepts into daily work scenarios by breaking down key ideas and delivering them in an informative, direct style in order to trigger a lively discussion among participants. He readily employs an interactive approach that draw participants to share their own experiences, while in the process connecting them fluidly back to the program concepts.

As an established team leader that drove the implementation and execution of many successful business units, Henry has accumulated a wealth of experience in hiring, managing, retaining and developing talent during his tenure as a corporate manager. At the same time, he was involved in many internal training workshops that led to key organizational initiatives. In addition to the field of leadership and strategy implementation, Henry is also keenly aware of the intersection between execution and people’s inherent cultural sensitivity to change.

Henry has a Master degree of Management from Yuan Ze University in Taiwan. He is also a Candidate of PhD in Management.
