Danny Lin

Danny Lin is currently the Vice President of Qisda, Chief Human Resource, Sustainability and Risk Officer, in charge of the Group’s human resource planning, risk management and sustainability governance and development.

Under his leadership, the transformation of the Qisda Grand Fleet organization and human resource upgrade demands of Qisda Group have been integrated, thereby enhancing the human capital development and employer brand. This allowed the company to the receive the award for Best Companies to Work For in Asia for three consecutive years. In addition, he has also utilized digital and systematic methods to strengthen the infrastructure and to score high on indicators, in order to effectively increase the sustainability and risk control values, and to assist in the continuous development and growth of the Group.

Danny joined Qisda in 2005, where he established the risk management infrastructure and led the company to overcome crises with early preventive deployment. He then assumed the position of auditing head, during which he utilized big data to audit high risk units. He also established an active digital auditing mechanism, achieving an outcome of approximately NT$10 million production value per person per year. In 2018, he assumed his position as Chief Human Resource Officer, and implemented digital transformation along with the establishment of an online knowledge sharing platform, AI interview, and also assisted the fleet to establish the Human Resource 3.0 system.

In 2020, he further assumed the position of Chief Sustainability Officer. Henrik Bresman

Henrik Bresman is an Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD. He studied economics at the Stockholm School of Economics, philosophy and Japanese at Lund University, Sweden, and financial management at Keio University, Japan. He received his PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Professor Bresman is an expert on distributed leadership and high-performance teams. He is the co-author of the top-selling book X-Teams: How to Build Teams that Lead, Innovate, and Succeed (published by Harvard Business School Press), which examines how teams at all levels can take on strategic leadership roles and change the direction of their firms. It also documents how top management can unlock the talent of the organisation to create an infrastructure for innovation across their company.

His research on leadership and teams in contexts of technological innovation, international post-acquisition integration, and strategic change draws on data from industries such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, software development, and investment banking. His articles have appeared in peer-reviewed academic journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management Studies, MIT Sloan Management Review, and Organization Science. He has served on the editorial boards of Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, and Organization Science. Professor Bresman’s work has been recognised with honours such as the Journal of International Business Studies Decade Award (winner), the George R. Professor Bresman’s current teaching at INSEAD focuses on developing principled and effective leaders. He is directing the Management Acceleration Programme. His teaching at INSEAD has been awarded the Dean’s Commendation for Excellence in Executive Development Programmes (EDP) Teaching, Excellence in EDP Direction, and Excellence in MBA Teaching. Sophia Chang is the Chief Human Resource Officer(CHRO) for the Yuanta Financial Holdings. In her current role, she is responsible for leading Yuanta’s overall human resources strategy, and overseeing the subsidiaries in promoting human resources policies, programs and their performance.

Ms. Chang holds masters of accounting and bachelor in history. – all from National Taiwan University.She has various working experiences in the financial industry, and has worked in the brokerage and human resources business of Yuanta Securities, Syspower Technology, Yuanta Bank, and Yuanta Life.

In addition to experience in the three major fields of Taiwan’s financial industry – securities industry, banking industry and insurance industry, she also has the experience working in the information technology industry and is a cross-industry and cross-discipline human resources executive.

Sunny Huang

Sunny Huang is the Executive Director of New Wide Group, which is a global textile company, specializing at knitting fabrics and garment products manufacture. He graduated from University of Edinburgh, Management of Training and Development, Master program in UK. Mr. Huang holds both EMBA Degrees of National Taiwan University and Fudan University (China). After joining NEW WIDE GROUP in 2003, with the profession and  rich experience of management , Sunny’s expertise in Human Resource, Strategy, and Management lead the growth of revenue from 3 billion to 30 billion New Taiwanese Dollars.

With more than 10,000 employees spanning 14 nationalities and cultures, NEW WIDE is a leading manufacturer of textile and apparel in Taiwan and has led the industry in promoting a smart and sustainable textile supply chain in recent years.

Meanwhile, Sunny is also dedicated to cultivating the cross-strait start-up ecosystem. Both of WorkFace Taipei and Smart Capital were found by Sunny from 2015 to 2017 based on providing startup tools forums, online consulted by experts etc.
